Overview

The city of Manchester, Mo. adopted the following codes:

• The St. Louis County as is set forth in Ordinance No. 24,444, with local amendments which was adopted by St. Louis County on July 21, 2010 (the 2009 IBC). Manchester, Mo. Muni. Code, § 500.010 (adopted) with amendments at § 500.020.
• The Residential Code of St. Louis County, as adopted by Ordinance 24,427 on July 13, 2010 (the 2009 IRC). Manchester, Mo. Muni. Code, § 500.080 (adopted).
• The Property Maintenance Code as adopted with certain amendments by St. Louis County, Missouri, Ordinance No. 24,440 on July 14, 2010 (the 2009 IPMC). Manchester, Mo. Muni. Code, § 505.010 (adopted).
• The Existing Building Code of St. Louis County, as adopted by Ordinance 24,444 on July 21, 2010 (the 2009 IBC). Manchester, Mo. Muni. Code, § 500.090 (adopted).
